At Arka Brotherhood Victoria, our weekly, action-focused circles are designed to help men embody and integrate mature masculinity. We inspire men to improve their relationships, take responsibility for their lives, and step into trustworthy leadership roles.
This brotherhood is for men in Victoria who are ready to challenge themselves, develop their masculine characteristics, and do the inner work necessary to move their lives forward with confidence and purpose.

Our community is guided by The Code of the Conscious Warrior designed by our founder Phil T. Mistlberger. It is a 14 point code of conduct that reflects the values of our brotherhood and provides a solid foundation to live by.
