A 3-day, 4-night Men’s Work weekend in sunny Baja, California Sur, Mexico led by Steve Sal Debus (Captain of Ronin 17, Entraband) and Ben Goresky (co-director of Arka and Ronin Division Commander). Join us for a weekend of activities and exercises that are guaranteed to light you up, open your heart, and connect you deeper to yourself and other men.
Steven Sal Debus is the owner of Flor De Baja, a 4 acre beachfront property in the Baja desert, that is also an outdoor retreat space. He has been an Arka captain for 5 years and has a special ability to take men to their edge and show them what they are made of. He will trigger you, challenge you, and bring out the leader within you. Every man who left his Baja men’s weekend last year said it was one of the best weekends of their lives. In fact, most of them bought a piece of land next door to his property.
Ben Goresky has been an Arka member for 9 years and is an enthusiastic ambassador for men’s work. 5 years ago he founded Ronin Division and has been facilitating yearly retreats for the Ronin men ever since. Ben will help you drop your armor, open your heart, and find your full self-expression.
Prepare to go deep on this Baja weekend. With 4 nights and 3 days, we will have the space to drop into many of our transformational exercises, spend time around fire, surf, play, watch sunsets, and charge up like you’ve never been charged up before. You will return home exhausted, tanned, and with a huge dose of solar energy to bring back to your squad.

Fee: Glamping(limited spaces) $600USD / DIY Camping(unlimited spaces) $480USD
What’s Covered: DIY camping ticket includes a space to put your tent, meals, and workshop tuition. Participants must bring their own tent and bedding. A glamping ticket includes all the above with a tent and bed provided for you. Participants should bring an extra blanket and toque in case of cold temps at night

Until December 30th – 50% refund
December 31st onwards – No refund
