February 26 – March 2
Join the Arka Brotherhood for 3 days and 4 nights on the raw coast of Baja, Mexico—where the desert meets the ocean, and men come to face themselves. The Fire & Flow weekend is built to push you past your limits and pull you deeper into who you really are. Facilitated by Arka co-director Ben Goresky and Ronin 17 captain Steven Sal Debus.
Saturday December 6th to Sunday December 7th, 2025
Join the Arka Brotherhood for an online men’s work weekend: a powerful immersion designed to connect men to their deepest truth and ignite real transformation. Over two days of guided practices, circle work, and archetypal teachings, participants are challenged to face themselves fully—integrating strength with vulnerability, courage with humility, and vision with grounded action. In this container of brotherhood, men step beyond isolation into connection, accountability, and initiation, discovering the power of being seen, challenged, and supported by other men on the conscious path. It’s more than a workshop—it’s a rite of passage into greater presence, leadership, and purpose.

What Our Events are About
We offer men opportunities to come together, deepen their self-knowledge, stoke the fire of their soul and commit actions to drive their lives forward. From short workshops to entire weekends, all our events are led by veteran squad captains and founder Phil T. Mistberger.
Many events are open to non-members. For some men, this is their introduction to what we do.
Our squads also organize in-person social and personal growth events to build stronger bonds among members and level up their lives. Each summer, squads gather in Vancouver to test their mettle in direct, physical competition with each other at The Wolverine.
