Join the Coquitlam Mens Group

This is a weekly circle for men who want to show up with more integrity, purpose, and support—alongside brothers committed to the work.

City: Coquitlam  |  Captain(s): Marek M.

Squad Description:

Sasquatch Squad is a group of men that focus on building integrity, accountability, self-awareness, and mature masculinity through a community of committed and dedicated members.

Each week we enter the space to uplift ourselves and one another. We welcome all parts of ourselves, even the parts we reject.  We count on our brothers to help us reveal the parts we do not see. We hold each other accountable and use the group as testing ground to make real changes in our lives and show up fully in the world.

The group is guided by a 14-point code of principles and draws on the four mature masculine archetypes (King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover). It grew out of an earlier group called the Samurai Brotherhood and now has hundreds of members across dozens of squads in North America.
