Cities and counting
This is a weekly Langley mens group for men who want to show up with more integrity, purpose, and support—alongside brothers committed to the work.
City: Langley | Captain(s): Tanguy Exume
Red Stag Squad is a Langley mens group that offers a space for men seeking depth, discipline, and true connection. We meet weekly, welcoming men from Fort Langley, Surrey, Maple Ridge, Aldergrove, and Abbotsford. Our circle is a confidential sharing space where we practice honest communication, presence, deep listening, and respectful challenges.
This is a place to drop the masks and pretense, to unburden what weighs heavy, and to bring forward the parts of ourselves we often hide. Here, men are witnessed without judgment and held accountable by brothers who help us see our blind spots, so we can show up fully for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
For men seeking an intentional container, in the Fraser Valley, strong enough to hold their truth and their transformation, this is it.
Tanguy joined Arka Brotherhood in 2022 with the desire to be a better father, husband , to connect with other men, and eventually to be of service. He is a teacher, a coach, an artist, and a life-long learner. He is passionate about - and shaped by - stories, movement, quiet moments of reckoning, and he believes growth happens when we stop pretending and start paying attention.

This mens group in Langley helps men build steadiness, honesty, and leadership through consistent brotherhood and accountability. Men come to this work because something in life is asking more of them—more steadiness, more honesty, more leadership. Here, you’ll build relationships with men who challenge with respect and support with consistency, so the changes you want actually show up in your day-to-day life. Join in person, online, or through events—whatever fits your season.

At the Langley men’s group, our weekly, action-focused circles guide men toward the embodiment of mature masculinity through honest reflection, respectful challenge, and accountability. This is a confidential space where you can drop the mask, speak what’s real, and be met by brothers who will witness you without judgment and also call you forward when you’re avoiding what matters. Over time, that work translates into clearer leadership, stronger relationships, and a more grounded way of showing up in your life and community.
Our community is guided by The Code of the Conscious Warrior designed by our founder Phil T. Mistlberger. It is a 14-point code of conduct that reflects the values of our brotherhood and provides a solid foundation to live by.

“This brotherhood has changed my life in many ways. I’ve learned a lot about self-awareness, compassion, accountability, and trust.”

“It’s so much deeper and impactful than I ever expected. I didn’t realize how much I needed the influence and connection of other conscious men.”

“I have been able to stay off of porn, engage in relationships with more energy, and create structure with consistency in my career goals. I’m connected and accountable to the growth I want in my life.”

“I can bring any issue or obstacle to these men and they will hold space, listen, get curious and challenge me to grow.”

“I’ve lost weight, started running, and begun to develop my own business. I’ve overcome a lack of purpose and turned a contentious relationship with my father into a nourishing and rewarding relationship.”

“Since joining the Brotherhood I have grown in every way possible. I have started two successful businesses and I am actually allowing myself to follow what my heart and soul want to do.”

“I’ve become a better leader, feel more confident and powerful, redefined my identity in true masculinity (rather than performative masculinity), healed my relationships with other men, and learned to identify and train leaders around me.”

“I’ve never been so vulnerable with any group of men in my life. I no longer play small, and I’ve found the strength to express my truth.”
