Join the Denver Mens Group

This is a weekly circle for men who want to show up with more integrity, purpose, and support—alongside brothers committed to the work.

City: Denver  |  Captain(s): Nick Pierce, Mike Anzivino, Dillon Pierce

Squad Description:

In our Denver men’s groups, we gather weekly to do the work of becoming stronger, more grounded, and more integrated men. This is a space for accountability, self-inquiry, leadership development, and honest brotherhood.

We are two squads: Lynx and Wolf

Our groups are built on consistency, trust, and presence. We maintain strong attendance standards because real growth happens when men show up — for themselves and for each other. Over time, that commitment creates a reliable container where truth can be spoken, challenges can be faced, and meaningful transformation can happen.

We practice speaking honestly, listening deeply, and holding one another to a higher standard. We know how to create space for vulnerability, reflection, and emotion — and we also believe in challenge, directness, and accountability. Brotherhood is not about avoiding discomfort; it’s about helping each other grow through it.

Together, we explore and integrate the four mature masculine archetypes: The King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover. We examine both their strengths and their shadow expressions, learning what it means to lead with integrity, courage, wisdom, and heart.

Our work is about becoming better men — better brothers, sons, fathers, partners, and leaders. Men who know themselves. Men who take responsibility. Men who can be trusted.

If you’re looking for a committed circle of men walking the path with intention, discipline, and depth, this is that place.

More about the Captain of this Squad

Nick Pierce has been a member of Arka since October of 2020 and facilitated Lynx Squad since May of 2022. He works as a software engineer, is a trained relationship coach, loves music and strives to build a life he wakes up excited about each day. He lives with his wife and dog in the Midtown Neighborhood, where his home acts as the meeting place for Lynx Squad.

Mike A. joined Arka in 2021 and lives in Westminster, CO. He started out in an online squad during Covid, then helped solidify the first US in person squad with Nick and a former Captain, Josh. Mike originally joined Arka to heal parts of himself from childhood trauma and to become a better person, father, husband, brother, friend and son. He continues his journey with Arka to help support men who want a space to grow and evolve.

Dillon joined Arka in Sept 2023 because he wanted to be surrounded by men who were growing and would challenge him to do the same. He lives in the Highlands neighborhood in Denver with his wife and their dog. Outside of Arka, he is head of sales for an investment company and likes art (both creating and observing), physical challenges, and community building.
