We are the local Indianapolis Arka Brotherhood men’s group known as the Cardinal Squad. This is where men go to get real. We meet every week with no masks and no bullshit, creating a space to speak truth, set goals, and hold each other accountable. In this circle of truth and brotherhood, men drop the armor and face what’s real. It is not therapy, but honesty, strength, and responsibility. Each week, we talk openly about what matters most while others listen, challenge, and support. Building trust, courage, and direction over time. Arka is for the man who knows there’s more, the man ready to stop coasting and start leading. Whether you’re a father, husband, or simply finding your path, this is where you’ll be pushed to rise, held to your word, and backed by brothers walking the same road of growth.
I have been part of the Arka Brotherhood since January 2020, starting in the online ronin group where I first experienced the power of men showing up with truth, challenge, and accountability. Over time, that work pushed me to step forward as a leader and bring Arka home to Indianapolis. My mission is simple - to create a trusting space where men can speak their truth amongst other men, drop the armor, and rise with clarity and purpose. i lead with grounded strength, directness, and a commitment to supporting men in becoming who they’re meant to be – be it better fathers, partners, or leaders who stand tall in their lives and communities.
