“This brotherhood has changed my life in many ways. I’ve learned a lot about self-awareness, compassion, accountability, and trust.”
Join a Las Vegas men’s group where men gather weekly to trade showmanship for substance—showing up with consistency, openness, and real support.
Cities and counting
A weekly Las Vegas men’s group with two squads, Scorpion and Road Runner, built for men who value hard work, consistency, and openness.
City: Las Vegas | Captain(s): Joey Rubin & Travis Zegers
In Las Vegas, men’s work happens far from the Strip, where hard work, consistency, and openness, take precedence over luck, showmanship, or swagger.
We are two squads: Scorpion and Road Runner. We sit in circle weekly to remember what it means to be connected and conscience men in a world where that is not the status quo.
Because we’ve seen the effect of this work and community on our lives and the lives of those around us, we are committed to creating space for more men to join.
If you’re curious what it feels like to sit with men grounded in healthy masculinity — and for those men to have your back — come check us out.
Joey started Scorpion Squad in the summer of 2022, after three years as a member of Arka’s online wing Ronin. A Las Vegas resident since 2014, he’s lived in four countries and six states, and works as a writer and educational technologist. He lives with his kids, step kids, wife, and mutt dogs on the south side of town.
Travis started Road Runner Squad in the fall of 2025, after serving as Lieutenant of Scorpion since its inception and Captain of an online Ronin Squad for 2 years. He’s the father of three grown kids and is grandfather to two boys. He’s been a resident of Las Vegas since 8th grade and works for the City of North Las Vegas.

Whether you’re stepping into Scorpion, Road Runner, an online circle, or an event, you’ll find a clear way into the work and a men’s group in Las Vegas built on follow-through, not flash.
This men’s group in Las Vegas is a training ground for grounded masculinity—truth-telling, deep listening, and clean challenge without posturing. You’ll be supported, called forward, and expected to take responsibility for your choices—so your leadership becomes practical, not theoretical.
Our community is guided by The Code of the Conscious Warrior designed by our founder Phil T. Mistlberger. It is a 14-point code of conduct that reflects the values of our brotherhood and provides a solid foundation to live by.

“This brotherhood has changed my life in many ways. I’ve learned a lot about self-awareness, compassion, accountability, and trust.”
“It’s so much deeper and impactful than I ever expected. I didn’t realize how much I needed the influence and connection of other conscious men.”
“I have been able to stay off of porn, engage in relationships with more energy, and create structure with consistency in my career goals. I’m connected and accountable to the growth I want in my life.”
“I can bring any issue or obstacle to these men and they will hold space, listen, get curious and challenge me to grow.”
“I’ve lost weight, started running, and begun to develop my own business. I’ve overcome a lack of purpose and turned a contentious relationship with my father into a nourishing and rewarding relationship.”
“Since joining the Brotherhood I have grown in every way possible. I have started two successful businesses and I am actually allowing myself to follow what my heart and soul want to do.”
“I’ve become a better leader, feel more confident and powerful, redefined my identity in true masculinity (rather than performative masculinity), healed my relationships with other men, and learned to identify and train leaders around me.”
“I’ve never been so vulnerable with any group of men in my life. I no longer play small, and I’ve found the strength to express my truth.”
