Join a Tacoma men’s group where men meet weekly for real conversation, grounded accountability, and brotherhood you can count on without the performative stuff.
Cities and counting
A weekly Tacoma men’s group for men who want real inner work, a tight-knit container, and accountability that turns insight into action.
City: Tacoma | Captain(s): Jake Martin
In the Tacoma men’s group, we train the fundamentals: emotional awareness, embodied truth and grounded presence. Slow down, feel what’s real, speak it and stay in integrity.
No posturing, no performance. We get honest, track the body, and challenge each other cleanly. Each man learns to sit with discomfort, hold depth and lead himself from clarity.
If you want a circle where men show up fully, are challenged with precision, supported without enabling and expected to bring their full selves… this is that place.
Jake Martin is a men’s self-development mentor and facilitator focused on emotional mastery, archetypal work and masculine initiation. He guides men into deeper integrity, purpose and personal truth through grounded guidance and challenge. His Arka group (Griffin) meets every Monday in Tacoma, WA.
Location: 1002 M.L.K. Jr Way Unit B, Tacoma, WA 98405
Day/Time: Mondays 6 PM - 9 PM
Members pay dues. 100$/mo
Attendance standards are strict
To join, you need to be available to meet on the night of the meeting.
If you’ve been searching for a Tacoma men’s group, this is a clear way in, built on truth-telling, deep listening, and real accountability. Whether you join an in-person circle, stay connected online, or step into events, the standard stays the same: do the work, be real, and follow through.
In this Tacoma men’s group, men work with the mature masculine archetypes of King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover to build leadership that’s integrated, not performative. The work is practical: speak the truth, stay present under pressure, receive challenge cleanly, and lead yourself with discipline so it shows up at home, at work, and in your relationships.
Our community is guided by The Code of the Conscious Warrior designed by our founder Phil T. Mistlberger. It is a 14-point code of conduct that reflects the values of our brotherhood and provides a solid foundation to live by.

“This brotherhood has changed my life in many ways. I’ve learned a lot about self-awareness, compassion, accountability, and trust.”
“It’s so much deeper and impactful than I ever expected. I didn’t realize how much I needed the influence and connection of other conscious men.”
“I have been able to stay off of porn, engage in relationships with more energy, and create structure with consistency in my career goals. I’m connected and accountable to the growth I want in my life.”
“I can bring any issue or obstacle to these men and they will hold space, listen, get curious and challenge me to grow.”
“I’ve lost weight, started running, and begun to develop my own business. I’ve overcome a lack of purpose and turned a contentious relationship with my father into a nourishing and rewarding relationship.”
“Since joining the Brotherhood I have grown in every way possible. I have started two successful businesses and I am actually allowing myself to follow what my heart and soul want to do.”
“I’ve become a better leader, feel more confident and powerful, redefined my identity in true masculinity (rather than performative masculinity), healed my relationships with other men, and learned to identify and train leaders around me.”
“I’ve never been so vulnerable with any group of men in my life. I no longer play small, and I’ve found the strength to express my truth.”
